Mozol S. Prevention of Crimes Against Citizens' Electoral Law

The dissertation contains comprehensive analysis of the measures of crimes against citizens' electoral rights prevention, information on the stages of development and the contemporary state of electoral legislation of Ukraine, criminological characterization of crimes taking place in the electoral process field as well as their determinants. The dissertation offers a system of crimes against citizens' electoral rights prevention measures which represent a complex of general social and special criminological measures of moral and educative, economical, legal as well as ideologically political character. The conducted research possesses a distinctly expressed action-oriented aspect. It offers a number of changes to the electoral and criminal legislature aimed at improving legal protection of citizens' electoral rights. On the ground of the research results, methodological recommendations and offers embodied into the Comprehensive target plan of crimes against citizens' legislative rights prevention during the period of electoral process in Ukraine were developed.
