Object - double-T composite beams with upper reinforced concrete chord; target - to propose the new types of composite double-Ts with upper reinforced concrete chord, to elaborate the recommendations as to their estimation and design; research techniques - experimental and theoretical approach; novelty - the new shapes of double-T composite beams with upper reinforced concrete chord have been created, the new data of experimental and theoretical research on deflected mode of double-T composite beams with upper reinforced concrete chord have been obtained; the techniques as to the estimation of the deflected mode of flexural members with respect of composite structure cross section, using marginal state and deformation model have been proposed; results - the new design of rigid structural beam has been proposed, the new connection mode of reinforced concrete lining to steel Ts have been proposed; the recommendations as to the manufacture, desing and construction of composite double-Ts with upper reinforced concrete chord have been proposed; the draft of bearing flexural members which are concrete slab and steel double-T have been designed; the new structures have been put into operation and the results have been used to draft a new Ukrainian State Norm "Double-T structures. The essential demands".
