Karpetch L. Optymization of methods of restorations of teeth with domestic composit materiale "Cromlight-Z".

In the thesis there were presented the results of laboratory and clinical investigations and complex estimation of photocomposite restorations of lateral teeth with the application of the domestic hybrid composite material "Cromlight-Z".In the course of experimental ivestigations there was determined the improvement of marginal adjoining of filling materials to the hard tis-sues of lateral teeth in the use of "sandwich"-technique clinical abservations carried out in the group of 141 patients, in 7 days, 3, 6, 12 and 24 mouths after testify to expediency of the application of the domestic hybrid composite material "Cromlight-Z" for the restoration if lateral teeth. For the improvement of marginal adjoining of the filling material to the hard tissues of the teeth in the cavities of the II class it is recommended use "sandwich"-technique. There was proved the decrease of quantitative content of microflora on the surface of restourations as the result of the application of postbonding.
