Essay

Thesis is devoted to the development of complex core-shell nanoparticles forming methods on the basis of cores of the monodispersed spherical formed nanoparticles SiO2 and shell of Pt, Au and PbS, CdS nanocrystals, and study the influence of dielectric core diameter and external shell filling degree on geteron-anoparticles functional properties. By the method of template synthesis geteronanoparticles SiO2/Au with dif-ferent external shell structure (from ensembles of isolated Au nanocrystals by a di-ameter from 1 to 5 nm on spheres surface in diameter of 40 nm and 1-7 nm for SiO2 diameter 120 nm and 350 nm with degree of surface SiО2 covering by Au nanocrystals being 30-70 % to the solid surface up to 10 nm thickness) are gained. It is shown, that the previous formation of nucleation centers on the modified SiO2 surface allows to control size and surface SiО2 of covering degree by Au nanocrys-tals. Determined and optimized parameters of shell forming process of stabilized Pt and PbS, CdS nanocrystals on the surface of SiO2 particles (nanotemplates). Structure, morphology and composition of heteronanoparticles iare studied by transmission electronic microscopy, x-ray diffractometry and X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy. Optical absorption spectra of produced heteronanoparticles have been investigated.
