Babich M. Forming of the effective markets landed relations in agrarian enterprises

A research object is the process of forming of the markets landed relations in agrarian enterprises. A research purpose is deepening of methodical principles and ground of practical directions of forming of the effective markets landed relations in agrarian enterprises. Research methods: monographic; abstractly-logical; hypothesis; statistical, method of economic analysis and synthesis, calculation-structural; index; to formalization and specification; comparative; design. Theoretical and practical results - the method of determination of cost of earths of the agricultural setting is developed as to the commodity, determination is offered optimum and maximally possible sizes of rent, the chart of organization of the landed auction is developed at regional level, the method of determination of level of landed market development is offered. Novelty inculcated - systematization of features of becoming and market development of earths of the agricultural setting is carried out in Ukraine; methodical approaches are improved in relation to determination of cost of earths as to the mean of production and object of propert; obtained subsequent development of suggestion in relation to forming of the proper infrastructure of the landed market, mortgage in agriculture. The degree of introduction is concrete suggestions of author in relation to determination of size, possible indexation and forms of payments of rent for earth, is already used by the economies of the Mykolaiv region. The sphere of the use is agricultural enterprises.
