An object is a convergence network; a purpose is an analysis and development of method of increase of indexes of quality of convergence network on a base NGN; methods are an information theory, theory of invariance, theory of mass service, imitation design, theory of multicriterion optimization; novelty - the first method of multicriterion optimization of modern telecommunication network is developed with different parameters and determination of subjective resultant of objective function which allows to carry out the vectorial synthesis of telecommunication network is offered; results - the method of optimisation of workings descriptions is developed for three basic indexes of quality; area - engineerings sciences.
