Object – is process management the financial results of shipping companies which work at the tramp freight market in the sector of transportations of dry bulk cargo. Purpose - is development of organizational-methodical bases of management of financial results forming of shipping companies. Methods – are the analogy, systems analysis and systems approach, statistical analysis, analysis-synthesis. Novelty – organizational-methodical bases of management of financial results forming of shipping companies are developed on the basis of development of financial structure of shipping companies and it is suggested to discharge the two-element marginal analysis of activity separately on ships and company on the whole.
