Vanina N. Adaptation of mechanism of capital consumption of enterprises to the features of transitional economy

The object is the processes of recreation of the fixed capital of industrial enterprises and economic mechanism of its depreciation. The purpose is the development of methodological principles and methodical approaches to the improvement of mechanism of capital depreciation of industrial enterprises. The methods are the following: the methods of logical and economic analysis; economic and statistical methods, systematic approach and methods of system analysis. The innovation is the following: the methodical approach to the formation of mechanism of capital fund depreciation, adapted to the conditions of transitional economy; the differentiated mechanism of industrial enterprises' capital fund depreciation; the system of theoretical and methodological principles of formation and development of mechanism of capital fund depreciation; the maximum complete structure of the depreciation system as the basement of forming of mechanism of enterprises' capital fund depreciation; the estimation of measures on the improvement of the depreciation system of Ukraine including the uncritical and non-system borrowing of separate western methods of management of turnover of capital fund and ignoring the deep peculiarities of transitional stage of the national economy development has been developed; the systematic seeing about the key constituents of the reproductive process of capital fund, - spontaneous and organizational, and about the determining role of organizational constituent concerning the problem of adaptation of depreciation mechanism to the conditions of transitional economy. The results are the following: developed theoretical positions and methodical approaches to the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of enterprises' capital fund depreciation and its adaptation to the conditions of transitional economy. The following has been put into practice: The programmes of reformation system of heat providing in Nikolayev and Nikolayev Oblast, the programmes of power saving technologies and power supply in Nikolayev Oblast; higher education: National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Makarov.
