Sobolevsky I. Justification of the grapevine grinder end-effectors' parameters

The technological process of crushing vine and working bodies drum-type shredder are the object of research here. Law of parameters influence of working bodies and modes of operations of shredder on process of crushing vine is a subject of research. The methods of researches are based on use of the basic statements of the theoretical mechanics, resistance of materials, probability theory. The scientific novelty consists in the theoretically proved dependence of angular speed hammer of a drum with piece submission vein at it crushing from throughput shredder; definition of analytical dependence of a degree of crushing cane from geometrical parameters of a comb - knifes and hammers; developing of a technique of a substantiation of the basic parameters of working bodies grape vine shredder. The experimental sample of shredder raises a degree of crushing in 1,8 times, that corresponds to agricultural requirements, and its energy intensity is reduced in 2.. .. 2,2 times in comparison with base model ИК-1,3.The results are introduced in wine-producing facilities of АR of Crimea.
