Zholnovych O. The system of labour law of Ukraine

The notion and legal essence of such categories as norm of law, institute of law, subsystem of the field of law, field of law and legal community are found out. The special attention is paid to the criteria of systematization of norms of labour law, in particular to the object of sphere of law and principles of unity and differentiation of the legal regulation. The forms of external display of sphere norms are examined and suggestions for improvement of current labour legislation as basic form of expression of the system of labour law are formulated. The features of construction of the system of labour law are analysed and its component elements are described.
