Logvin V. Strategic planning of socio-economical processes on an engineering enterprise using a cognitive approach

Object of research: social and economic processes at the machine-building enterprises; the purpose of work: theoretical substantiation expediency of application cognitiv’s the approach to strategic planning social and economic processes at the enterprise; technique of research and the equipment: the semantic analysis and synthesis, methods of the economic and statistical analysis, grouping and comparison of expert estimations, methods of the system and comparative analysis, a method of mathematical analogy, methods PEST and SWOT - the analysis, imitating modelling; theoretical and practical results: it is advanced: cognitiv’s the approach to formation of complex social and economic strategy of the enterprise, the list of parameters for an estimation of quality of a labour life the personnel of the enterprises, cognitiv’s model of management of development of a social and economic situation at the enterprise, have received the further development: the maintenance of concepts which are connected to strategic planning social and economic processes at the enterprise, namely: concept of social and economic development of the enterprise, concept of social and economic strategy of the enterprise, scientific – practical recommendations concerning realization of social and economic strategy of the enterprise; practical value of the received results: theoretical conclusions of dissertational research are resulted in a level of specific proposals, suitable to practical use in strategic planning the enterprises of machine-building area; subject and degree of introduction: development are entered into practical activities "Kharkov machine-building factory "FED"; "Motor Sich"; "Zaporozhye machine-building design office "Progress" it.
