The dissertation is devoted to the general grounds of the citizens' termination of rights to the natural objects. The citizens termination of rights under the authority of ecological law has been considered with the special attention to this branch of law different stages of development. The conception of the citizens' rights to the natural objects has been given definition. The peculiarities of the relations as to the citizens' termination of rights to the natural objects have been distinguished.. The main conditions of the citizens' termination of rights and main reasons of the termination of rights to the natural objects special use have been analyzed.
