Zhadan S. Organisational and Legal Basics of Administration of State Social Insurance.

The research is targeted at the system of administration of compulsory state social insurance in Ukraine, organisational and legal basics of the structure and functioning of that system. The term "administration of social insurance" has been defined. The legal nature of administrative activity in the field of social insurance has been researched. Detailed analysis has been made of the content and role of the principle of social partnership in the administration of social insurance, the structure, legal status, competence of governing bodies of special purpose insurance funds and the supervisory bodies in the field of social insurance. The research of the content of the term "legal administrative acts in the field of social insurance", their major features has been performed, the classification of these acts has been made. The issues of judicial control over legality of legal administrative acts in the field of social insurance have been researched.
