The dissertation on reception of a scientific degree of the candidate of medical sciences on a speciality 14.01.10 - pediatrics. - National Medical University named after O.O.Bogomolets, Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine, Kiev, 2008. The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of excess of fluorine in potable water on a state of health, physical and nervously - mental development of children, and also to features of clinical current of accompanying and chronic diseases in view of a catamnesis, diagnostic, medical - to preventive measures which are referred on prevention of pathological conditions at children whom many fluorides live in regions. Results of researches document a high level of a case rate in which structure dominate an anemia І - ІІ degrees 36 (27,4 %), ІІІ steps - 3 (2,2 %) as independent disease, and over different combinations with other accompanying and chronic pathology - 92 (70,4 %), thus at children who often are ill in a combination with a dysbacteriosis, a rachitis ІІ item, an alimentary and medicamental allergy, a cardiopathy, a nephropathy, an osteoporosis, a dyskinesia желчевиводящих ways, a vegeto-vascular dystonia and a chronic pathology (an adenoid disease, a chronic gastritis, chronic gastroduodenitis, bronchial asthma). Primary factors of risk of development of an anemia are confirmed by the unidirectional direct correlation connections strong degrees (r> - 0,7; р <0,05) between an anemia and the increased concentration of fluorine in urine, presence of a dysbacteriosis І-VI degrees and a feedback with level MCV, MCH, MCHC, a level of a hemoglobin, concentration of iron and a calcium in serum of a blood. Pathogenetically proved scheme of treatment at the surveyed children who live in territory with the increased contents of fluorine in potable water is offered, in view of a catamnesis during two years (depression of a case rate from 53 % efficiency of application is clinically finished to 9,5 % (р <0,001)).
