Aleskerova Y. Credit facility of permanent assets' reconstruction of agricultural enterprises

Object of research: economic and financial and credit processes which take place in the agrarian sector of economy in the conditions of transformation changes. The purpose of research: ground of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations on the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of transformation of the economic system and influencing of market factors on his development. Methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, groupments, comparison, correlation-regressive analysis. Theoretical and practical results: estimation of the state, practice and basic tendencies of the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises is carried out. The theoretical-methodical aspects of the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises are developed. Are generalized and systematized theoretical bases of mechanism of the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities, factors affecting the quantitative and high-quality parameters of his constituents are definite. Scientific novelty: priority directions of improvement of the credit providing of agricultural enterprises are definite. The model of development of the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises and method of determination of efficiency of the credit providing of reproduction of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises is developed. Degree of introduction: developments are used in the work of Department of financial, credit and tax policy of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, in the separate enterprises of the Winnitca oblast, in the educational process of the Winnitca state agrarian university. Efficiency: the use of results of research will be instrumental in acceptance of the weighed administrative decisions on financing of agricultural enterprises and rise of their profitability.
