The thesis focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of the state guarantees of an individual right for business activity. It outlines the main stages of the analyzed constitutional right formation and development as well as defines its legal nature. A special attention is also given to the comprehensive analysis of the main trends of the governmental policy in the sphere of constitutional right for business activity protection and defence. Among the basic notions determined in the thesis are the system of the state guarantees of the constitutional right for business activity, their essence, content and forms. The practical outcome of the thesis lies in the formulation of proposals concerning the enhancement of the public authorities policy effectiveness within the legal sphere under consideration.
