This thesis is an integrated constitutional legal investigation of the theory and practice of provisional commissions function of Ukraine Supreme Rada. The author analyses the causes of the rise of parliament commissions and studies the problems and conceptions activity of each provisional commissions of Ukraine Supreme Rada. Moreover, the author has defined the content and scope of legal principles of their activity and has exposed the historical evolution of constitutional legal status of provisional commissions of higher representative bodies of up-to-date Ukraine.
