Mykytchyk A. Criminological grounds of fraud prevention in immovability

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of criminal and legal and criminological characteristics of fraud in immovability. Structure, state and tendencies of fraud in immovability, determinants of commission of this crime and peculiarities of criminal behavior have been defined. Personality of a swindler and a victim has been researched too. A wide complex of effective means of fraud prevention and proposals for importing the activities at real estate market have been suggested. There have been given the recommendations for the owners of immovability to conclude civil and the legal treaties and the proposals for improvement of criminal and civil legislation in Ukraine.
