Ureskul V. Legal Regulation for Household Wastes Handling.

The dissertation contains complex analysis of the legal nature, complex of definitions in household wastes handling issue. The author investigates main scientific approaches to the legal problems in this sphere. Throughout scientific analysis the author designates main activities that form the household wastes handling; legal nature and specifics of jural relations in the field of household wastes handling; the definitions of wastes, secondary resources, household secondary resources are offered; also proposals for improvement of the forms of household wastes handling set forth in acting laws with taking into consideration relevant national, international and European experience of legal enforcement and lawmaking in this field are suggested. The author examined legal peculiarities of fundamental and economic assurance of secure environment through household wastes handling. Practical aspects of legal enforcements towards law-breakers in the field of hazardous wastes handling are scrutinized.
