Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of mining concession: legal nature and peculiarities of legal regulation; contract of mining concession and license in the field of subsoil assent usage and protection; prospect of development. The author deals with the peculiarities of legal regime of such object of concession as subsoil assent. It is proposed to separate the license mechanism of subsoil assent using and contract concession mechanism of subsoil assent usage; to separate the three historical periods of legal regulation of mining concession in Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the analysis of mechanism legal regulation of the contract of mining concession in the international practice and in the historical aspect.
