The object – milk productive subcomplex; the purpose – ground of theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of mechanisms and facilities of milk productive subcomplex competitiveness increase; methods - abstracting, generalization, statistical grouping, balance, economic and mathematical; the new approaches - features are grounded and suggestions are developed to optimization of interindustrial and forming of perfect competition relations in the conditions of market environment development of milk productive subcomplex; results - suggestions are used in the Ternopil area, recommendation sent in Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine; industry – AIC.
