Ol'shanska M. Integration of machine-building enterprises into production- economic structures

The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodical grounds of the process of integrating machine-building enterprises into production - economic structures, based on the compatibility principle. The substance of the integration process was studied. It was proposed to treat its two consecutive stages as comprehensive "cooperation-integration" process, and integration factors were complemented with compatibility types. The term "compatibility" was defined, compatibility types were studied and classified, and peculiarities of enterprises integration were elucidated, based on compatibility principle. Efficiency factors of enterprises cooperation were complemented with compatibility types. Composition and substance of compatibility indexes for management decision-making were proposed and substantiated. Methodological grounds for taking compatibility on board for establishing technical and economic effect of implementing such decisions were improved.
