The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough research of geological study of bowels legal regulation. The problems as to the concept specific of the bowels geological study are analyzed. The legal norms regulating social relations concerning geological study of bowels are characterized by all features the legal sub institute being part of the complex legal institute study of bowels, but final formation of which has not been completed yet. The theoretical generalization and the scientific task new solution as to deeper of the theory of low by know ledges concerning regularity and peculiarity of social relations legal regulation connected with the geological study of bowels have been accomplished at the work.
