Prokopchuk О. The Assurance of Farm Enterprises Economic Stability

The object of research – features of farm enterprises development process in the conditions of market environment changes. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles as well as scientific and practical recommendations as to providing and support of farm enterprises economic stability. Methods: abstract-and-logical, theoretical generalization, formalization, monographic, economic-and-statistical, sociological, method of expert and ball estimation, SWOT-analysis, correlation-and-regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to the solution of the farm enterprises economic stability problem. The practical use of the got results obtained is determined by the set of elaborated recommendations and suggestions regarding the solution of operative and strategic tasks of farm enterprises economic stability providing and support. Research novelty: the expediency of the complex approach to managing the process of guaranteeing the enterprise economic stability has been substantiated for the first time. It has been proved that the use of the instruments of strategical, tactical and efficient management necessitates the achievement of the goal caused by the present day level of development. There has been improved the interpretation of the notion “economic stability” as well as the definitions of the basic components of farm enterprises economic stability. The methodical approach to the estimation of enterprises economic stability was developed. The main tendencies of the institutional support of farm enterprises economic stability under the conditions of Ukraine’s obtaining the membership in the World trade organization were determined. The possibilities to define the qualitative parameters of the functional components of farm enterprises economic stability with the help of economic and mathematical modeling have been grounded. Degree of introduction:the results of scientific studies are used by the executive bodies of Zhytomyr oblast in the process of farm enterprises economic stability support and increase as well as in the educational process of the Zhytomyr National Agroecological University in teaching special disciplines. Efficiency: the results of the research allow to substantiate a set of strategical orienting points for farm enterprises while increasing their efficiency and economic stability under the conditions of market environment changeableness.
