Research object. Processes and factors of providing of competitiveness of industry of Ukraine and its industries in the conditions of globalization. Research purpose. Scientific ground of methodical principles of mechanism of providing of increase of competitiveness of industry of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization. Research methods. Analysis of the systems, logical and historical cognitions, induction and deduction. System correlation general and individual, comparison of theoretical regulator approaches and expert estimations of the probed phenomenon was carried out on the basis of critical analysis of the economic phenomena. Graphic interpretation and design of regulator mechanisms was utillized in the ground of the developed ideas and hypotheses. The practical value of the got results consists in that scientific developments are taken to the level of teoretiko-methodological generalizations, conceptual positions, methodical and practical recommendations in relation to forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of increase of competition possibilities of industry on international and internal markets in the conditions of globalization. A scientific novelty consists in development of the new going near determination of competitiveness of industries of industry, leading to and ground of economic evaluation which exists between the effect of production activity and charges on its achievement on separate industries of industry and suggestion of model of estimation of competitiveness by a factor analysis; suggestion of mechanism of increase of competitiveness of industry by the developed algorithm of estimation of competitiveness of products of industry, that enabled to find out the ways of development of competitive edges of industry in the conditions of globalization.
