Essay

The object of research: Tubular linear permanent magnet motor (TLPM) of alternating motion (AM). The purpose of research: development of mathematical model and a method of calculation of electromechanical characteristics, parameters, constructive decisions, control modes depending on frequency TLPM of AM of the vibrator for plant trenchless pipe laying (PTPL). Methods of research: the finite element method, the principles of the theory of vibration, electromagnetic field, electric circuits, mathematical and physical simulation. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the specified mathematical model of TLPM of AM which considers features of vibrator working process of PTPL is developed; for the first time analytical expressions which describe dependence of the law of movement of an armature under action of periodic electromagnetic forces of the different form in view of elastic force are received; for the first time analytical expressions for the basic control modes (current I=const; amplitude of armature fluctuations Xm=const; amplitude of disturbing force Fа=const) depending on frequency TLPM of AM of vibrator PTLP are received. A subject and degree of the application: the design procedure of electromechanical characteristics TLPM is used in educational process, constructive decisions of the motor are introduced in SPF ”Promelektroobladnania” (Kiev). Effectiveness of implantation: increase of parameters of quality of calculations and power efficiency. The sphere of application: vibrating submerge of building elements in building branch.
