Marchenko S. Organization-legal questions of commodity-agricultural production in Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to complex investigation of organization-legal questions of commodity-agricultural production. The legal nature of commodity-agricultural production is investigated in the thesis, and on the basis of exposed signs the definitions of these categories are given. The structure of legal relations in the sphere of commodity-agricultural production is disclosed. Organization-legal questions of state support of agricultural production in Ukraine are investigated. The legal questions of giving state support to agriculture according to Ukrainian laws are given in comparison with the corresponding laws of European Union. The proposals about bringing in some changes and addings to law in force with the aim of improvement of legal regulation of commodity-agricultural production in Ukraine are grounded.
