Essay

This Thesis is dedicated to elaboration of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for reforming of the marketing system of a Ukrainian enterprise. The author has determined specific signs of the marketing system of a railway enterprise. The system of indices of quality of services in passengers and cargo traffic and the classification of marketing expenditures of a railway enterprise have been improved and the methods of calculation thereof have been suggested. A scrutiny of indices of evaluation of marketing efficiency has resulted in further development of the same. The author has also elaborated a methodical approach to reorganization of the marketing information system and evaluation of efficiency of a railway enterprises marketing system.
