Essay

The effect of fillers' activity on the speed of structure formation and volume of surface layers when sewing the epoxy composite materials are researched. The degree of sewing the matrix around the fillers in external surface layers was defined the first time by means of a direct method. Its introduction into the linker at optimum content is proved to increase additionally the physical and mechanical properties of composite materials. By means of experiments the composite materials and coatings on their basis with the increased exploitative characteristics are worked out.
