Subject of inquiry: a sperm of bulls, protective mediums, freezing equipment of a sperm. Methods of researches: zootechnical, physiological, cryobiological, microbialogical, biometrical. Scientific novelty: for the first time it is built cterile concentrate conserving agent for a sperm and technology of its manufacture, a cryoconvectors method of freezing of a sperm and new technology of artificial insemination. Practical value of obtained outcomes of researches have enabled to develop the basic primary elements of the Kharkov technology. The technology is introduced on the "Vostok".
