Shepel N. The management of using of metallurgical and machine-building enterprises' resources in market conditions

The question of increase of the effective using of resources by industrial enterprises is considered in this dissertation. The maintenance and tasks of subsystem of the resources' consumption management are theoretically investigated and complemented. On the basis of the operating control system' analysis and of the indexes of the efficiency level of resources using offered in economic literature the use of the process approach to the resources' consumption management and the index "the complex process norm of consumption of resources" as a management criterion is grounded. The method for calculation of combined resource capacity of the resources consumption process is developed. The system of methods which operate in the system of resources' consumption is considered and their addition with the methods of logistic management of the resources streams is recommended. Possibilities of these methods in a market economy allow to analyse, react on economic risks more flexible and more operative and preventthe increase of the capacity of resources of productive-commercial activity of industrial enterprises. The model of the process management system of the consumption of resources is presented. The informative-technological model of acceptance of administrative decisions with the increase of efficiency of resources' consumption is formulated.
