The communicative culture of the future lawyer integrates communicative knowledge, values, experience the realization of which lets achieve mutual understanding between the subjects of law-enforcement activity. The structure of the given concept constitutes such essential components as the culture of feeling, the culture of thinking, the culture of health and the standard of speech. Communicative culture is the ground for the lawyers' incorporate culture. The most general parameters of lawyers' communicative culture and successful text comprehension are: critical thinking, accurateness of actions, gradual transformation from one level to another, creativity, divergence of thought, independent judgment, motivation in selfactualization imagination, selfregulation, calm meditation over one's thought, ability to forsee the events; emotional status, sensibility to the surrounding; sign thinking.
