Innovative processes which take a place in the conditions of market transformation of economy on industrial enterprises. Dissertation is devoted by the question of activation of innovative activity of enterprises of food industry in the conditions of economy a market to transformation. Methods: to the analysis and synthesis, comparative, statistical, index. To that end concepts are investigational innovation, innovative activity, innovative process, innovative active enterprise; it is offered classification of innovative enterprises As a result of activity of enterprises certainly the state and outlined prospects of innovative activity of enterprises of food industry of Autonomous Republic Crimea. The method of calculation of the system of indexes of activation of innovative activity which is one of elements of complex method of estimation of innovative activity and allows to define expedience and level of realization of innovative activity on an enterprise is developed. The results of the conducted estimation are the activations of innovative activity of enterprises of food industry used in the process of design on the basis of their clusterization.
