The object of research: investment processes on the enterprises of agricultural engineer; The purpose of research: ground of theoretical and methodical recommendations in the link to directions of investing to the enterprises agricultural engineering; The research methods and apparatus: general scientific methods are applied: generalization, statistical, graphic, method of cluster analysis and k-average, method of matrix analysis and multidimensional spaces, visual planning of BORLAND DELPHI v. 7.0 and OBJECT PASCAL language, abstractly-logical approach; Theoretical and practical results: improved classification of investments due to introduction of new classification signs such as: the subjects of investment process - the state, production-managing associations, financial organizations, enterprises of different legal forms of management, households; the direction of investing - the country, industry, enterprise, index of quality of products, that will lead to the improvement, analysis and planning ofthe investments to the enterprises of agricultural engineering; the ground methodical approach to the directions of enterprises development financing of agricultural engineering is improved by taking into account the real possibilities of the producer, that makes the enterprise management more efficient; methodical approach to the determination of private and integral indexes of quality of agricultural technique, their determination is improved by the construction of indexes dendrogramm which need to be improved, it, unlike existent approaches, allows purposefully inlay production recourses to the increasing of products competitiveness; methodical recommendations of the research of the agricultural techniques market on the basis of the systematical approach with the help of such indexes as production potential of the enterprise, organization structure of the enterprise, peculiarities of sales organization of the agricultural techniques has got the further development, which unlike existent approaches, which enables with the greater authenticity take into account determination of forms and directions of basic parameters adjustment of investments for creation of more favorable conditions for investors; methodical approach in relation to the sources of investment recourses forming, which allows to examine a level, rates and scales of investment processes on an industrial enterprise in close connection with terms and indexes which influence the activation of the financial instruments sources potential has got the further development; Novelty: the first time introduced methodical approach and the three-dimensional parametric matrix of positioning that was developed for the choice of optimum direction of enterprise investment activity, that enables more precisely positioning of commodity units on the market field and makes it easier to compare possible investment decisions with the purpose of more rational use of the self investment funds; Level of the implementation: Joint stock company «The Ordzhonikidze Kharkovtractor factory» (Kharkov), Association of the tractor producers «Ukrtraktor» (Kharkov), in the educational process in NTU «KhPI» and the Agricultural KhNTU while teaching of disciplines «Methodology of business-planning», «Organization of production on agricultural service enterprises», «Economic evaluation of investment and innovative activity» e.t.c.; Sphere of application: management of state administration and Ministry of the Ukraine Industrial policy, machine-building enterprises, educational process.
