Shakun Y. Microbiological ground of perspective receipt of complex medicinal preparation in terms of prodrug with microbocidic effect

In the dissertation on theoretical ground and experimental confirmation perspective inculcate in clinical practice medical preparations on the basis of a phenolantiseptics (prodrugs). An individual phenolantiseptics (prodrugs) use hexamethylenetetramine and phenyl salicylic as markers. It was performed ability a phenolantiseptics (prodrugs) in antimicrobial activity in the modification of pH habitat. Results of investigation have been used for choice of composition and development of technology complex antiseptic ointment "Hexaphenoxid" for treating purulent infection and burns. Chemotherapeutically efficiency complex antiseptic ointment "Hexaphenoxid". The proved expedient combination used tablets "Urobesal" and complex antiseptic ointment "Hexaphenoxid", and that fact allows using these medicine in complex schemes of anti-infectious therapy.
