Tretjakov M. Microbiologic substantiation of antiseptics usage in treatment of scabies

The thesis is devoted to studying of the role of the skin microbiota in the development of pustulous complications of the scabies and to the scientific substantiation of expediency of application and local treatment of the scabies of complex medical products with antimicrobic and acaricidic properties. As a result of the carried out researches it has been established, that owing to development of parasitic process bactericidal activity of a skin decreases, the density of settling of a skin pyogenic cocci which cause pustulous complications of the scabies increases. Complex ointment includings decametoxin and benzil-benzoata on the hydrophilic basis.It has been developed for treatment of the complicated and not complicated forms of the scabies. It has been investigated acaricydic and antimicrobic properties of a new medical product; it has been shown absence of the ability to irritate and sensibilize the skin.
