The concepts of the competition and competitive ability as market economic categories are examined in the dissertation. The contents and processes of management are illustrated by the competitive ability. The enterprise dynamics and trade under the market transformation conditions of the branch are analyzed as well. The state evaluation and perspective dynamics in competitive environment, the diagnostic methods of the commercial enterprise competitive ability and main indexes modeling in the contexts of management of the competitive ability are developed. The propositions concerning the management organizational structures improvement and labour stimulating at commercial enterprises are put forward.
