Yarynich-Buchinskaya N. Clinical-experimental substantiation of the use of autologous blood cells in chronic generalized parodontitis complex therapy.

The dissertation is devoted to chronic generalized paradontitis complex treatment by a surgical method with autologous blood cells application, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory therapy and, under indications, calcium preparations. The complex system of examination of patients with generalized paradontitis before and after an operative measure was applied. The method of surgical intervention at chronic generalized paradontitis, progenitor cells allocation from patient's blood and its quantity growth on the growing medium and transplantation in a wound technique was developed. The estimation of surgical treatment results in a month, 3, 6 months and long-term period was carried out. Clinical researches have revealed efficiency of the offered method at all 35 (100%) patients: liquidation of dentogingival recesses, gingival hemorrhage and teeth mobility. The radiological method has allowed to reveal an osteal tissue restoration on the average on 30-35% and densitometry of alveolus site after operation - osteal tissue induration on the average on 11,63%.
