Chernous S. Evaluation concepts in Labour Law of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to complex analysis of the evaluation concepts of Labour Law of Ukraine. Structure elements of concept apparatus of Labour Law are examined and the place of the evaluation concepts is determined in the given thesis. The definition of Labour Law concept apparatus, evaluation concepts of Labour Law and their legal characteristics are proposed. The separation of the evaluation concepts from contiguous categories as well as their scientific classification and grouping has been made. Special attention is paid to the definitions, kinds, forms and ways of specification of Labour Law evaluation concepts, their functions and guarantees of correct use of evaluation concepts.
