Object of research. Economic processes in a fuel and energy complex, which are regulated organizationally-economic mechanisms which are used the organs of executive power on central and regional levels. Research purpose. Ground of positions of conceptual character on the improvement of mechanisms of government control of fuel and energy complex in the conditions of globalization. Research methods. Supervision and theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, dialectical, logical design, statistical. The practical value of the results of dissertation research got an author consists in that conclusions and suggestions, and also realization of the offered conceptual approaches, can shorten the period of mastering of modern organizationally economic methods of government control of economic processes in the fuel and energy complex of developing countries, including in Ukraine and Morocco. A novelty consists in implementation of comparative description of basic differences of fuel and energy complexesof Ukraine and Morocco, which predetermine a necessity and features of government control in the conditions of globalization of world power market, in particular, an author is select basic factors which influence on the mechanisms of government control: level of power capacity of GDP, dependence of oil prices and gas from basic countries-importers, possibilities of development of own fuel and energy complex et al; ground of classification of macroeconomic factors which influence on the differentiated approach of organs of government control an economy to support of national fuel and energy complexes.
