The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the system of encouragement in the sphere of health protection. The major ideas were pointed out and were put info foundation of the activity in the sphere of health protection of Ukraine, the definitions "the health employee", "special servise", "people's doctor", "encouraging activiti", "the order of encouragement" were taken. This work analyses the system of encouragement is the sphere of health protection. A great attention was paid to the system of encouragements in general and particularly to the employees in the sphere of health protection.
