The Object: process of forming of control system by transport enterprises of Ukraine, namely railway transport of Ukraine. The Purpose: a ground of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations is in relation to forming of control system by transport enterprises in the process of reformation of a transport industry. The Methods: logic analysis, analysis and synthesis, complex and system approach, economic and statistic analysis, economic and mathematic analysis, swot-analysis. It is offered: a mechanism of the corporate restructuring of enterprises of railway transport is in the process of their reformation; going is near restructuring of control system by transport enterprises in the conditions of dynamic external environment; scientifically methodical going near realization of organizational changes in control system by transport enterprises recognition principle of optimum Belmana. The Sphere of the use: enterprises of railroads.
