Burskiy M. Technique and the organisation of the analysis of the capital of joint-stock companies

Property asset of enterprises, created in form joint-stock companies. The dissertation is devoted research of questions of methodical maintenance of an estimation of fair cost of the share capital of the enterprises. Methods: scientific generalization, comparison, економіко mathematical methods, inductions and deductions. The unified system of indicators for the analysis of the capital of joint-stock company is offered; the complex of problems and principles of the organisation of the complex analysis of shareholders? equity in a context of efficient control is developed by the enterprise. Methodical approaches to identification of interrelations between indicators of efficiency of the shareholders? equity are developed; elements banchmarking are applied at carrying out of the analysis of structure of the capital, it is offered multiplicators of an estimation of value of stock. The general concept of the financial analysis of the capital of joint-stock companies is constructed. The algorithm of an estimation of the added economic value of the shareholders' equity is offered; recommendations concerning definition of true value of the owners' equity taking into account operational, investment and financial aspects of activity of the enterprise are given.
