Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of legal nature, characteristics of notions in the field of labour law as: safety of labour, safety of labour as a condition of labour contract, individual right of worker for safe labour, labour liability for violation of legislation in the field of right of worker for safe labour. In work the improved classification on stages of forming and becoming of human right on safety of labour is brought over, since the XVII cent, and for nowadays. In dissertation the legal mechanism of providing of right for a worker safety of labour as a condition of labour a contract is determined, its structural elements, the problems of lack of effectiveness of the mentioned mechanism and ways of decision of these problems are researched.
