Ilyana V. Legal regulation of the pension security and giving welfare services in the system of the compulsory state pension insurance

The dissertation is devoted the complex analysis of the actual theoretical and practical issues related to the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of compulsory state pension insurance. The author has defined the formation and development of the legal regulation of the pension security, international-law regulation and world experience in this realm. Principles of compulsory state pension insurance, contents and value of insuranse probation, social risks, peculiarities of legal status of subjects of legal relations in the sphere of pension insurance are analysed in the dissertation. The author has examined the problem of legal regulation of pension security and giving welfare services in the solidary and accumulating systems of compulsory state pension insurance. Concrete proposals on the improving of valid legislation that regulates relations in the system of compulsory state pension insurance of Ukraine were formulated on the base of the investigation.
