Demyanenko Y. Criminal liability for the breaking of inviolability of private life.

The problems of criminal liability for the breaking of inviolability of private life (Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine): reasons of liability (illegal actions with the private information about a per-son), systematic connections of Article 182 with the other articles of Criminal Code of Ukraine, compli-cated questions of qualification of this crime, differentiation of liability, and also the questions of im-provement of the criminal legislation have been examined in the dissertation. The new edition of Article 182 of Criminal Code of Ukraine has been proposed. It has also been suggested to add Criminal Code of Ukraine with Article 1821 and envisage the general rule about criminal liability for the criminal interfer-ence in the private or family life of a person.
