A research object is a process of ecologization radioactive polluted soils of in production of forage. A research purpose is generalization of theoretical positions and development of scientifically-practical recommendations in relation to efficiency of ecologization of radio-active muddy agricultural lands which are utillized for the production of forages on the basis of application of complex of measures and maintenance of fertility of soils. Research methods - dialectical, abstractly logical, induction, deduction, statistical groupments, graphic, economic mathematical, index. The theoretical and practical results of researches consist in a theoretic- methodological ground and determination of efficiency of separate and complex action of different measures on the productivity of long-term and one-year plant and accumulation by them radionuklids, that opens possibilities of purposeful management the ecological state of the landed lands and quality of forages. Realization of theoretical positions, recommendations and suggestions, will allow to improve a radiological situation in radio-active muddy districts, to promote the competitiveness of products as a result of leadthrough of deactivating measures and provide a production ecologically of safe food and raw material stuffs with a simultaneous fertility-improving soils. Scientific novelty - grounded essence of ecologization of radio-active polluted soil in production of forage; the system of measures on the improvement of radio-active polluted soil in production of forage and mechanism of financing of these measures is offered; grounded directions of improvement of state support and suggestion in relation to stimulation of agricultural commodity producers for the production of ecologically safe foods, maintenance and reproduction of fertility of soils.
