Essay

Object- changes of liver of 83 rats under the cysplatin influence, and the correction by enterosgel. Cysplatin causes dystrophic, necrotic changes, metric violations of hepatocytes, damages of cytolema and organelle. Hyperfermentemy, violations in prooxidant and antioxidant system were detected biochemically. The correction by enterosgel (14 days) showed positive changes. On the 28th day some failure in adaptation processes was seen. The results were introduced in educational process. The branch-medicine.
