Dissertation is devoted to the research of the legal regulation of providing of ecological safety in the sphere of motor transport. It analyses legal characteristics of ecological safety law, interbranch legal institute of the legal regulation of public relations which emerges in the field of providing of ecological safety in the sphere of motor transport. The work determines the notion and classification of the main threats to ecological safety in the sphere of motor transport, examines basic legal measures and facilities for prevention of the negative impact of motor transport on human life and health as well as on the environment. Dissertation formulates the set of suggestions for improvement of legislation of Ukraine in the field providing of ecological safety in the sphere of motor transport.
