Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of theoretical and practical issues connected with legal regulation of Ukrainian citizens’ labour abroad. The research analyses the origin and evolution of labour migration of population. It defines and identifies the nature and content of labour abroad, its positive and negative consequences. The work defines prerequisites that contribute to the departure of Ukrainian citizens abroad to earn their living. It identifies the procedure and order of going abroad for job placement.
